Some stories take years to write. Not because the words are hard to find, but because the truth takes time to become clear. This is mine.

I was born and raised in Poland, in a home where love was abundant and imagination was encouraged. My parents, despite their own challenges, always told us that anything was possible. That if we worked hard, we could do whatever we dreamed of. As kids, we believed them. We made theatre shows in our living room, entered talent competitions we had no business being in, and signed up for beauty contests with nothing but courage. That early sense of play, creativity, and boldness lit a fire in me.

But not everything was light. Growing up, I watched my mother struggle with her own self-worth. She was a loving, dedicated woman who gave up her passions to raise four children, often alone. Her sacrifices were immense. And as a young girl, it struck me deeply: I didn’t want to grow up feeling disconnected from myself. I wanted a different story. One where self-love and personal growth weren’t optional, but non-negotiable.

That early promise to myself became the thread I followed into adulthood.

At 15, my family and I moved from Poland to Norway in search of a better life. What followed was a full reset. I went from top of my class to an outsider overnight. Nothing came easy. But in hindsight, every struggle built my resilience. Starting over, I would later learn, would become my superpower.

My daughter, visiting Australia, her second home.

In my twenties, I became a mother, twice. And with that, my commitment to living intentionally deepened. I realised the only way to teach my daughter how to love herself was to model it myself. That meant doing the work: healing, learning, and refusing to abandon my own dreams. I wanted her to see that a woman could lead, create, build, and care. I wanted her to see strength in softness.

Professionally, I spent over 8 years working across startups, immersing myself in design, business strategy, and the art of building something from nothing. I thrived in fast-paced environments, leading creative work while juggling the reality of motherhood. That experience taught me how to solve problems, move fast, and most importantly: build with heart.

Yet there was always a quiet pull. A desire to do something that merged everything I loved: storytelling, design, women, wellness, and the art of building brands with intention.

That pull eventually became a vision. And that vision became Hunter & Florence.

Iris Florence and Levi Hunter aka by biggest pride

Named after my children’s middle names, H&F is more than a studio, it’s a promise. To myself, to my children, and to the women I admire. It’s a space where beauty meets business, where design is not decoration but direction. A space where female founders in wellness, beauty and health can build brands that are soulful, strategic and ready to grow.

At Hunter & Florence, I combine my experience in tech and startups with my passion for visual storytelling and community. I create tools, templates and design solutions that help women show up online with clarity, confidence and care.

Wellness has always been part of my story, not just as a lifestyle, but as a value system. My life is deeply connected to women who are founders, coaches, creatives, healers, and mothers. These women are building businesses with heart. And too often, they’re doing it without the creative support they deserve.

That’s why H&F exists. To change that.

This isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about ownership. It’s about women seeing themselves as leaders, creators, and visionaries. It’s about creating content that converts because it connects.

If you’ve read this far, thank you.

This is just the beginning. I hope you’ll be part of the story we’re building.
